  2. Welcome to “Unshaken: Voices for the Persecuted”
  3. This is a new segment added to the “True North Lif3,” Broadcast spotlighting those ministry’s and missionaries that are out there in the most remote and persecuted areas globaly. Today on. Our featured spotlight we have “OpenDoors” Ministry with their sources reporting on the 70 masscred Christians in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

  1. **Christian Persecution: The Crisis Continues**

On February 13, 2025 at 0400 hours, in the village of Mayba, in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) the (ADF) Allied Democratic Forces executed 70 Christians in a church.

  1. This is just one of **50 countries** where Christians face severe persecution. **More than 380 million** Christians endure high levels of violence and discrimination for their faith:
  2. - **1 in 7** Christians worldwide face persecution
  3. - **1 in 5** in Africa
  4. - **2 in 5** in Asia
  5. - **4,476** Christians have been murdered
  6. - **7,679** churches and Christian properties attacked
  7. - **4,744** Christians imprisoned
  8. The global Church is under heavy persecution. They not only need our prayer, but our actions and to stand by them.
  9. Brother Andrew, a Dutch missionary, In 1955, traveled behind the Iron Curtain, carrying nothing but a Bible and a mission. What he witnessed changed his life forever. Isolated and persecuted Christians desperate for Bibles. Risking everything, he smuggled Bibles into Communist nations at the height of the Cold War, trusting God to blind the eyes of border guards. His daring work led to the founding of **Open Doors**, now a global ministry strengthening persecuted Christians in over 60 nations.
  10. I love these words spoken by Brother Andrew: “Our very mission is called ‘Open Doors’ because we literally believe that any door is open, anytime and anywhere. Every door is open to go in and proclaim Christ – as long as you are willing to go and are not worried about coming back.”
  11. This is but one ministry of many that are doing this kind of work as well as some of my missionary friends I will be interviewing for the broadcast and for your awarness of our brothers and sisters being persecuted globally.

  1. “True North Message: The Rabbi Within”

Today’s message, *The Rabbi Within*, was born from a burden for those who have drifted—whether through trials, false doctrines, or disillusionment. Purpose and calling are found only in **Christ first, in all things** (Matthew 28). Our mission, our aspirations, and our very lives are rooted in Him.

"A journey of truth, conviction, and purpose—this is what ‘The True North Life Broadcast’ has been for me. From the very first message to this moment, the revelation of ‘True Ministry’ has deepened in me with unwavering determination and responsibility. Today, I share with you a powerful message: ‘The Rabbi Within’—unveiling three realities about the indwelling Spirit of Christ."

Imagine a **compass**—a tool designed to guide travelers toward true north, ensuring they stay on course despite storms, detours, or obstacles. Now, picture **the Spirit of Christ within** as the ultimate compass, unwavering and ever-present, directing us toward divine truth, purpose, and ministry.

Just as a skilled navigator trusts the needle to point north, we must trust the indwelling Spirit—the **Rabbi Within**—to guide our steps, illuminate our path, and shape our convictions. True ministry isn’t just about external works; it’s about an inner transformation led by the One who resides within us.

This message unveils **three realities** about the Spirit of Christ—the guiding force that empowers, corrects, and leads us into the fullness of His calling.

  1. The first reality is found in John 14:12-13 Christ empowers us “to Greater .”
  2. “Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father.
  3. This is through the indwelling of the spirit of Christ that things get done through Him and Him alone. (Illustration: A week prior to leaving on our missions trip to Guatemala a brother prophesied over the lives of those participating on the trip, concluding that there would be a man of God used in the ministry of healing. The last night’s service was explosive - Christ showed up, healings occurred. I felt so unworthy experiencing the power and presence of Christ before me. It was electrifying and everyone worshiped and praised in a roar. Christ empowers us when we trust the indwelling Spirit of Christ, “The Rabbi Within.”
  4.       Place yourself in those situations, a prayer session, a revival, a conference, places that will lend themselves to see the move of God through His servants.
  5.       John 17:3 states: And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent. [1]Remember, that word know means to know experientially in other words, to experience God and to observe God. Christ not only empowers us, but he also anoints us, or fills us with His anointing, His Spirit that we may be taught by Him. Teaching us.

  1. Second Reality: 1 John 2:20-27:(you have the Father and the Son, his anointing teaching you)
  2. But you have been anointed by the Holy One, and you all have knowledge. I write to you, not because you do not know the truth, but because you know it, and because no lie is of the truth. Who is the liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, he who denies the Father and the Son. No one who denies the Son has the Father. Whoever confesses the Son has the Father also. Let what you heard from the beginning abide in you. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, then you too will abide in the Son and in the Father. And this is the promise that he made to us—eternal life. I write these things to you about those who are trying to deceive you. But the anointing that you received from him abides in you, and you have no need that anyone should teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about everything, and is true, and is no lie—just as it has taught you, abide in him. [2]
  3. When the Rabbi Within teaches, he also corrects and puts us on the right path of truth that we may understand and grow in the knowledge of our eternal salvation. Although we through our very trust in Christ and intimate studies He teaches us, we should also have mentors in our lives to keep us on the straight and narrow. There are those made to deceive and veer us off the path of truth. Can you think of a time someone attempted to present you with deceiving lies to put you on another path away from Gods truth? This is why it is important to abide in Him and surround yourself with a reliable, dependable and trustworthy community and accountability partners.
  4. The reason why I have started a safe and private community facebook page you may join to share your prayer petitions, scriptural knowledge, and find an accountability partner and become like Iron Sharpening Iron to stay the course in Christ Jesus.
  5. And always remember, abiding in Him, as He has promised, Jesus will love us and manifest Himself to you and I.

  1. Third Reality: John 14: 15-21: We have a helper, Christ will not leave us orphans he will come to us and manifest himself to us:
  2. “If you love me, you will keep my commandments. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever, even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you.
  3. “I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. Yet a little while and the world will see me no more, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live. In that day you will know that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you.
  4. Whoever has my commandments and keeps them, he it is who loves me. And he who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and manifest myself to him.” [3]
  5. John the Baptist, baptized by water, he said this three times in John 1:26, 31 and 33 but in verse 33, he states Jesus will Baptize in the Holy Spirit, Luke in Chapter 3 v16: John the Baptist says, “I baptize you with water, but he who is mightier than I, He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.

**Conclusion Illustration: The Eternal Flame**

Imagine that **flame**—that flame, which never goes out. That flame represents the Spirit of Christ within us, burning with power, wisdom, and guidance. When we walk in His truth, seek His anointing, and obey His commandments, this flame grows brighter, illuminating our path and empowering us for true ministry, our purpose in life, our Calling in Christ.

But a flame requires fuel. If we neglect it, allow deception to smother it, or distance ourselves from the source, it flickers and weakens. Yet, Christ has promised—He will never leave us as orphans. His Spirit, **“The Rabbi Within,”** is the ever-present fire that refines, teaches, corrects, and strengthens us.

As you move forward, take this to heart, and with all your mind, remember this: **Tend to the fire within. Seek His presence daily. Let the indwelling Spirit of Christ guide you into the fullness of your calling.** When you do, His power will be undeniable, His presence unmistakable, and His purpose for you unstoppable.

This is the journey of True Ministry. These three realities are a life led by **The Rabbi Within.**
